Built for NextGens. Backed by Research

Conversations with NextGens reveal the importance of the dynamics between NextGens, their families, and the family business in shaping the succession process. But we miss systematic research acknowledging these dynamics.

Our European cohort study spanning 10-years aims to give NextGens a stronger voice and to foster a vibrant community of NextGens across Europe. It also allows us to understand not just intentions, but the processes and factors that shape your lifes and decisions over time.
